Simply Signing... what does this mean?
Well it means a "legal-only marriage ceremony".
This is best described as a type of marriage ceremony that is all about getting the legal stuff done.
It's basically just the couple and an authorised marriage celebrant, exchanging your legal vows, and other words spoken by the Celebrant.
But beforehand, you 'lodge' your Notice of Intended Marriage application with me, sign some other legal documents that I'll give you a full explanation of, then during your ceremony sign the marriage certificates.
There's no personal promises or vows exchanged, religious or cultural elements involved (you do this in your own love bubble), and it's usually held in my home office.

So if you're not into all the pomp and circumstance of a traditional or religious wedding, a legal-only ceremony might be a good option for you.
It's quick, easy, and gets the job done without any frills, you really just need the legal stuff done? Then look no further! With 'Simply Signing' there's no fuss, no stress - you'll be legally married!

So, how does it work?

Step 1: You fill out the 'Let's get in touch' form.

Step 2: Once I receive your form, I'll give you a ring and we'll have a chat about your needs and date .
I'll then follow up with an email to confirm your booking!

Step 3: You'll receive a link from Birth, Deaths & Marriages to fill in your information, which starts the legal paperwork, called the Notice of Intended Marriage. Then, leave the rest to me!

Step 4: On your special date, attend my office with your 2 witnesses (or mine) and we get you married with no fuss!
